Welcome to the 2008 Sea Change National Rally to be held in Port Stephens NSW from March 21 to 24. This is a magnificent part of the world and we have managed to secure a venue which takes advantage of the natural beauty of the area.
We have a full events programme mapped out and we believe this will be a memorable Rally for all those who attend. |

The AHOC NSW Rally Committee looks forward to seeing you all in Port Stephens next March.
You will need to complete and return the Rally Registration Form and the Accommodation Booking Form to secure both your Rally registration and your accommodation.
| You will also need to make two separate payments, one to the AHOC NSW Incorporated for the Rally and the other to Salamander Shores Hotel for one night’s accommodation as deposit for your room. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card details which are on the forms. (NOTE: AHOC NSW Incorporated does not accept Amex credit cards). |

BOTH forms and all cheques/credit card details must be posted back to the AHOC NSW using the pre-addressed envelopes provided or, if for some reason you do not receive the pre-addressed envelope, the correct mailing address for all rally correspondence is:

The Room Configuration Summary outlines the various room bedding configurations and costs per night per room for you to select from. Please note, rooms will be allocated on a first in basis so be sure to complete and return your
registration immediately to avoid disappointment.

The Accommodation Booking Form allows you to indicate the room code you prefer with a second choice in case your first choice has already been reserved. Accommodation is available before and after the rally dates. |
If you wish to arrive early or stay longer please indicate this in your accommodation booking form so the hotel can allocate and reserve a room for you to avoid a change of room where possible.
If you wish to choose alternative accommodation we request that you organise this yourself.
Breakfast can be arranged at the Salamander Shores Resort at a cost of $18.00 per head per day. If you require breakfast tick the appropriate box on Rally Registration Form and forward the cost of breakfast for each attendee for Saturday and Sunday mornings.
