JUNE 2007
Hello everyone. I changed my mind about doing a June report so here we go. What a great way to start the month of May - an absolutely fine Healey weather day for the Sunday 6th run to Palm Beach and then Newport, which commenced at Berowra. Out "tour leader" was John Kent, who took us on a great route - tho' not the advertised one. We were met on the way by more Healeys and tin tops , and eventually had nine Healeys, five tin tops and 26 people. Lunch was a variety of picnic lunches or bought from the local Newport shops, and devoured on the grass next to the Newport Surf Life Saving Club's car park. A good Healey outing.

Happy Healeying.

MAY 2007
Well  Easter is well and truly over and next year ,2008, is Rally NSW.   Queensland had about 150 participants and a very busy schedule.  We really enjoyed ourselves and also the Healey Hilton on the Gold Coast after the rally.  Geoff Golding has sent an article an photos to the Editor re the rally.

Please remember to send  photos and information to the Editor as to where you had Ice Cream on the 15th April.  I am hoping we will come close to the numbers  they got in USA.

There will be no Social Scene in June as Terry and I are away in USA for International Conclave of Healeys.

Drive safely and enjoy the weather.

APRIL 2007
On the 11th March we had a Morning Tea run to Mt. Wilson with 13 people attending and six Healeys in attendance and one tin top. We all enjoyed scones, jam cream plus a Pumpkin /sultana cake, I can assure you not much returned with me for afternoon tea. A very warm welcome was given to David Horrocks, who has been a member for 3 years, but this was his first Social run. We hope to see him at future Social events. MARCH 25th Mystery Observation Run conducted by John Dowsett. Leaving the Old Truck Checking Station at Berowra; at 9.00am.

MARCH 2007
February 4th found us at Jill and Stan Goodwin's home at Kilcare Heights for our Presentation Breakfast. Lovely morning for a run with the top down but unfortunately Terry and I had to take the tin top because we had all the trophies + some things for Stan. 50 people enjoyed themselves and I have submitted to the editor a list of all trophy winners. Our new look trophies were much talked about so I breathed a sigh of relief. Once again thank you very much Jill and Stan for the use of your home.

Our run to Berry on the 18th February was attended by 17 people and the morning was delightful but very hot coming back in the afternoon.

FEBRUARY 2007
Happy New Year to all our members.

At our last Social event for 2006 - The Christmas Dinner - we had 89 people enjoying themselves. Members catching up with friends, whom they hadn't seen for some time, and our Patron Ross Bond, was also very popular and was called on to draw the Members raffle prizes. Our prizewinners were Terry Bancroft 1st prize, Ina Wallace 2nd prize and Glenda Thew 3rd prize.

In January we had the Fish and Chip run to Pam & Doug Ross's home at Bateau Bay. 24 people attended and a very pleasant evening was had by all who attended. Many thanks to Pa, for the salads and desserts that she provided and thanks for having us at your home.
